Each time an askmyGP request is closed you will be sent a feedback questionnaire – these are reviewed regularly although we cannot respond to each individual form. Otherwise please contact Jackie Richmond, PA to the Group Business Manager, who has responsibility for patient feedback and complaints. She will take any comments on board and pass onto relevant parties.
