Please note, as the risk of COVID-19 is still at a substantial risk, we ask all patients to take into consideration face coverings and social distancing when in the surgery. Do not attend the Practice unless advised to do so.

COVID Vaccination Passport or Status Certificates

  • Please do not contact your GP Practice to ask for a Covid vaccination passport or status certificate – they will not be able to provide any standard document.

  • COVID VACCINATION: Please DO NOT  contact the practice to ask for a COVID-19 vaccination or booster. You will be contacted when you are eligible by NHS Ayrshire and Arran. Further  information about (COVID-19) vaccine

  • From 1st April 2022, if you have COVID-19 symptoms and need further advice please contact the surgery during opening hours or call NHS 24 on telephone number 111 when the surgery is closed.
  • Isolation Notes are available online from NHS 111, if you are self-isolating and need a note for your employer.
